Warehousing services include raw materials receipts such as bonded warehouses, storage, re-packing of raw materials into economic bin quantities, picking, order administration and real time stock information. Finished goods distribution includes storage, picking, re-packing into economic delivery quantities, value added services, delivery administration and real time stock information.

Outbound Services

Outbound services to local, national or international customers includes road and shipping transport services such as direct deliveries and collections as well as container management to local and international customers. Other services we offer are JIT/JIS deliveries to OEM’s on behalf of local customers from the warehouse facilities, park external milk-runs to distribute finished goods to local and national customers if volumes can be justified.

Line feeding

We offer line feeding services to automotive manufacturers by means of latest internationally accepted supply techniques such as KANBAN, sequential, KIT and JIT supply. We also offer the service of production stock control for automotive manufacturers.

Assembly of automotive parts

On behalf of automotive manufacturers we assemble loose components into pre assembled or completely assembled units thereby eliminating non-core activities and optimising production processes for our customers.
